About the role

As a Part‑Time Associate Banker at Chase’s Troup Hwy Branch, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, attentive service while leveraging modern banking technology. You will help clients meet their financial goals and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, and schedule or cancel appointments.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with everyday transactions and promote self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash‑vault and ATM handling, following bank procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships and engage clients.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who can resolve issues quickly and consistently.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures rapidly.
