About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join a plaintiff‑focused trial practice. The position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while handling complex injury cases and contributing to a trial‑oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and handle depositions.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure thorough case preparation and meet tight deadlines.
• Advocate for injured clients in court, aiming for meaningful results.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
• Willingness to handle depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
