Performance Improvement Coordinator

About the role

The Performance Improvement Coordinator supports Pathways Center’s Quality & Compliance Department by evaluating treatment environments, analyzing program performance, and driving continuous quality improvement across all service lines in West‑Central Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Travel throughout the service area to provide onsite consultation to outpatient, crisis, residential, community, and specialty programs.
• Assess treatment environments, operational workflows, and clinical practices.
• Analyze program performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and evidence‑based standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to promote a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.

Required profile

• Collaborative, analytical, and service‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in quality improvement, compliance, or performance analysis within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to travel across multiple counties and work with diverse clinical teams.
• Strong communication skills for providing feedback and recommendations.
