People Project Manager

About the role

The People Operations and Insights team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive rigor across People initiatives. You will partner with multiple People pillars, steering high‑impact projects from definition through delivery while navigating complex organizational dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Define ambiguous problems, own end‑to‑end project delivery, and present final recommendations.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, optimize workflows, and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to improve processes and controls.
• Establish project governance, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience working within an HR function.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity, drive results, and balance urgency with thoughtful execution.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
