People & Culture Partner, Global Headquarters

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a People & Culture Partner to support its Global Headquarters. This role will partner with senior leaders and staff across finance, legal, ethics, compliance, and research functions, helping to shape and execute HR strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Model and promote the IRC Way values—Integrity, Service, Accountability, Equality.
• Provide client‑focused HR services on performance management, learning, compensation, benefits, promotions, and status changes.
• Coach managers on complex leadership and HR issues, including workforce planning and talent development.
• Support the design and implementation of HR solutions aligned with the organization’s people strategy.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to strengthen HR practices.
• Collaborate with P&C technical units, partners, and other functional departments.
