Pediatrician (CA License) – Remote

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers trusted, tech‑enabled care to families across the United States. The role joins a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on improving outcomes for children with ADHD and, eventually, other chronic conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD, including diagnosis and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and iteration to optimize care delivery.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Board certified in Pediatrics.
• At least 5 years of patient‑care experience.
• Experience working with culturally diverse families and willingness to receive ongoing training.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine (sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity).
• Excitement about joining a startup and learning new technologies.
• Nice to have: additional state licenses or Spanish‑language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using telemedicine platforms for virtual care.

• Target salary $220,000‑$245,000 per year (full‑time).
