About the role

Southland Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to deliver early‑intervention speech services in natural settings such as homes and daycares across the Spartanburg area. This position offers immediate access to a steady referral base and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on hands‑on therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑home and daycare‑based speech therapy for children.
• Deliver early‑intervention services in natural environments.
• Treat speech, language, and communication delays using play‑based, functional approaches.
• Collaborate closely with families to support progress in everyday routines.
• Maintain documentation, referrals, authorizations, and billing through company support.

Required profile

• Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) or Certified Fellow in Speech‑Language Pathology (CFY) candidate.
• South Carolina license (or ability to obtain one).
• Interest in pediatric speech therapy and early‑intervention services.
• Comfortable working independently in home and daycare settings.
