About the role
Join BAYADA's Upstate Skilled Office as a Licensed Practical Nurse providing one‑to‑one private duty care during evening shifts. Deliver compassionate, high‑quality home health services to clients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
