About the role
Join BAYADA's Upstate Skilled Office as a Registered Nurse providing one‑to‑one private duty care during evening shifts. You will travel to client homes, deliver compassionate care, and document all clinical activities.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current RN license in good standing in the state.
