Pediatric RN – Bus Run Cases

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The RN will provide one‑on‑one care in homes, schools, and on bus‑run cases for children from infancy to 20 years old.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes or bus‑run locations on a schedule you choose.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.

Required skills

• Patient assessment and condition monitoring.
• Documentation of clinical observations and interventions.
