Pediatric Trach and Vent Home Care – Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a young client in Edison, NJ, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube management.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s home and deliver personalized, one‑to‑one nursing care.
• Follow and execute doctors’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in New Jersey.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator experience
• G‑tube care
• Pediatric nursing experience
