Pediatric Private Duty Nurse – North Austin

About the role

Provide in‑home private‑duty nursing care for children aged 0‑20 who are medically and technologically dependent. Deliver compassionate, skilled support in a safe, warm environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Monitor health, safety, and potential abuse or neglect, following reporting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic charting (KanTime) after each shift.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and manage medical supplies as needed.
• Respond to parents’ health‑related questions and provide consistent, punctual attendance.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted nursing license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing (RN, LVN, or LPN).
• Availability for full‑time, PRN, weekend, and night shifts as needed.
• Commitment to company policies, teamwork, and continuous training.
