About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is expanding its pediatric epilepsy unit within a new 15‑floor facility. This full‑time night‑shift RN position provides direct care to children with epilepsy and complex medical needs in a 15‑bed unit.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and implement physician orders for pediatric epilepsy patients.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, to coordinate care and discharge planning.
Educate patients and families about seizure management, medications, and ongoing care.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with current RN licensure.
At least one year of acute‑care RN experience; military RN experience considered.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to assess, document, and adjust patient care plans for neurological conditions.
