About the role

Join Ochsner Health as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician and provide critical care to children in the emergency department. You will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate treatment.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and treat pediatric patients presenting to the emergency room.
Develop comprehensive care plans, including history, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals.
Collaborate with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and families regarding care decisions.
Identify cases requiring specialist services and arrange appropriate referrals.

Required profile

Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) and a valid Louisiana medical license.
Completion of a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship.
Commitment to Ochsner’s mission of service, education, and innovation.
