About the role
A busy pediatric dental clinic in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking an experienced pediatric dentist or a general dentist with pediatric experience. The position is permanent, starts as soon as possible, and covers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Treat exclusively pediatric patients, with an average volume of 25-35 patients per day (10-13 operative, 24 hygiene).
- Perform hygiene checks, crowns, some extractions, composites and restorative procedures.
- Work alongside two general dentists, each supported by two assistants, plus five operating room assistants and three for the office chairside.
Required profile
- Active Louisiana dental license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive and examination services.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

- Credentialing timeframe of 30-90 days.
