P&C Actuary Analyst – Strategy, Growth & Transformation

About the role

The Human Capital practice at Deloitte is seeking a P&C Actuary Analyst to join the Insights, Innovation & Operate team. You will work on reserve analyses, AI capability development, and actuarial modernization projects for a range of insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property and casualty reserve analyses, supporting Statements of Actuarial Opinion and audits.
• Develop and apply AI solutions for internal teams and client engagements.
• Support actuarial modernization initiatives, improving processes, data, technology, and operating models.
• Build and evaluate pricing, financial, economic capital, and enterprise risk models.
• Participate in engagements related to M&A, new product development, strategic planning, and profitability analysis.

Required profile

• 1+ years of P&C actuarial experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Passed at least one actuarial exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within commuting distance of an office location.
