Payments Product Consultant – Dallas, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Payments Product Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Dallas. You will work with leading banks and payment providers to drive digital transformation, leveraging AI, cloud and data‑led innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Work with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address integration issues and maintain SOPs to ensure post‑implementation stability.
