About the role
Santander is seeking a part‑time teller to join its Route 37 branch in Toms River, NJ. You will provide front‑line banking services, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, answer inquiries, cross‑sell products and educate customers on digital banking tools.
- Follow all compliance, risk‑management and fraud‑prevention policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months cash‑handling and customer‑service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work evenings or weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required skills
- Cash handling and basic math proficiency.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
