About the role
Santander is seeking a part‑time teller to provide exceptional customer service and process financial transactions in its Framingham branch. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling cash, and supporting branch operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handle cash accurately, maintain cash drawer balances, and adhere to compliance and risk‑management policies.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities, refer product solutions, and educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
- Support operational tasks including custodianship, audits, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months cash‑handling and customer‑service experience.
- Strong communication, listening, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
