Part‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the store management team at The Pike in Long Beach. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming shopping environment and uphold brand equity.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Ability to meet or exceed store and individual sales goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb., kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Compliance with Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow management directives and maintain store standards.
