About the role

Shiraz Kitchen & Wine Bar is seeking a part‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to boost its online presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Working on‑site in the New York City Metropolitan Area, you will create and schedule compelling visual content that showcases menu items, events and the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photos and short‑form videos on‑site and edit them for publication.
• Write engaging captions and schedule posts according to a consistent calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to align content with promotions, seasonal menus and branding guidelines.
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements to grow follower engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and propose fresh ideas to attract new guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing brand profiles on major social platforms.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with online audiences.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable working during peak dining hours, events and weekends.
• Interest in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage marketing is a plus.
