Part‑Time Sales Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Sales Supervisor for its Chesterfield Premium Outlet. You will join the store management team to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Ability to meet or exceed store and individual sales goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
