Part Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at the Chesterfield Premium Outlet store. In this role you will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
