About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a part‑time Sales Advisor (Stylist) to join its Oak Brook, IL boutique. The role combines in‑store and digital client interaction, delivering personalized styling and driving sales through relationship‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class service to customers both in‑store and online.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to offer expert styling advice.
• Build and maintain a client book through proactive outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and execute visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily operations including inventory management, online order fulfillment, and POS transactions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in fashion, styling or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a goal‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and retail holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lb during shifts.
