About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Oak Brook, IL location. The manager will act as the brand’s ambassador, creating an elevated in‑store experience while driving sales and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client experience by guiding Assistant Store Managers, Stylists, and operational staff to deliver a luxurious environment.
• Develop a clienteling mindset, encouraging appointment‑based selling and fostering repeat business.
• Analyze KPI reports, devise strategies, and meet performance goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team in a flagship‑store setting.
• Partner with HQ to plan community events and act as the local brand ambassador.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate with buying and planning teams.
• Manage daily store operations, budgeting, supply ordering, and online fulfillment processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury or advanced contemporary retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills with a proactive, customer‑centric approach.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage budgets, and apply retail math.
• Effective coaching and performance‑management capabilities.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
