About the role

Join Levi's® as a part‑time Supervisor at the Scottsdale Quarter store, creating a high‑energy environment that engages customers and models excellent service. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, resolve consumer issues, and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team, providing coaching on sales techniques and service standards.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, partnering with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Train new hires and current associates on brand culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Set performance expectations, deliver feedback, and foster an engaging, inclusive work environment.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Flex store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven supervising, coaching, and training skills.
