About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Scottsdale as a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant. You will guide customers through AT&T’s product suite, using a consultative sales approach while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right AT&T solutions and devices.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, including online orders and community events.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (9 am‑9 pm, weekends) to meet customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on performance.

Required profile

• Advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a dedication to excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing retail environment.
