Seasonal Sales Stylist – Retail (Scottsdale, AZ)

About the role

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Stylist to join our Beyond Yoga store at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale for the holiday season. This temporary role focuses on delivering excellent product knowledge, building customer connections, and meeting daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Beyond Yoga products and brand values.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals each day.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance according to brand guidelines.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set up floor displays, manage markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new technologies, including Shopify, to enhance the consumer experience.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and can work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Collaborative team player who embodies inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling and reaching tasks.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
