About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Great Neck, NY as a Part‑Time Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guiding them through AT&T’s product suite and helping them find the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, using a consultative approach to recommend devices, plans, and services.
• Participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based scheduling provided two weeks in advance.

Required profile

• Strong passion for helping people and ability to build meaningful connections.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Required skills

• Consultative sales techniques.
• Basic knowledge of AT&T’s product and service offerings.
