Bilingual Spanish Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in an AT&T store. You will help drive sales, support product launches and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience. The role also includes outreach activities such as off‑site events and promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, product launches and achieving sales objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet service and sales goals.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events.

Required profile

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience with strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and champion change.
