About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Retail Ambassador at the North Park store, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the brand’s sustainable ethos. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the comfort and style of our products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience in‑store, over the phone and online.
- Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operational duties.
- Develop and maintain expert‑level knowledge of Rothy’s products, tools and systems.
- Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities and help meet sales goals.
Required profile
- 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
- Excellent people skills; approachable, engaging and friendly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand aesthetics.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, minimum 16 hours per week.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 25 lb.
