Part‑Time Promotion Associate

About the role

The Promotion Associate works on‑site in West Chester, PA, driving brand presence and sales for BBG brands through in‑store and market events. This part‑time role is ideal for current associates seeking flexible evening and weekend hours.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute product samples and engage consumers during promotional events.
• Track sales metrics, complete required surveys, and report bottles sold per hour.
• Educate clients, account staff, and fellow associates on assigned labels.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the National Account Manager to stock fluctuations.
• Maintain brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials and uphold account standards.
• Collaborate with chain staff, distributors, and suppliers to maximize brand sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with account guidelines.

Required profile

• Basic PC proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, diplomacy, and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years or older.

What we offer
