Part‑Time Lecturer – Stem Cells & Regeneration

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time lecturer to teach graduate‑level courses on stem cells and regeneration within the Cell and Gene Therapy Professional Master’s Programs. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction both in‑person and online, supporting student learning and maintaining academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and learn key teaching points from existing instructor guides.
• Prepare and deliver lectures based on provided course materials.
• Facilitate respectful debates and discussions in class.
• Provide timely grading, coaching, and feedback on assignments.
• Maintain regular communication with students regarding their performance.
• Adhere to Northeastern’s policies and hold office hours as needed.

Required profile

• PhD in stem cell and regenerative biology, cell and molecular biology, or a closely related field, or an equivalent graduate degree.
• At least five years of experience in biotechnology, biopharma, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
• Proven platform skills and an open, supportive personal style willing to receive coaching.
