About the role

This part‑time lecturer position supports graduate students in biotechnology by teaching cooperative education courses that link theory with real‑world work experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Teach 12‑14 week graduate courses each semester (September and January) focused on career development, leadership, networking, professional presentation, business etiquette, cultural communication, and personal branding.
• Guide students through self‑assessment, industry analysis, research, interviewing, and the creation of a career portfolio that reflects their cooperative education placement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (required).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience (required).
• Experience in experiential learning or career services preferred.
• Online teaching experience desirable.
