Part‑Time Keyholder

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a part‑time Keyholder for its Roseville store. You will help create a service‑first culture on the sales floor, support smooth store operations, and act as a role model for teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach team members to uphold brand standards.
• Drive personal and team sales results through clienteling and team selling.
• Assist with in‑store events, visual merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, ensuring the store meets visual and service expectations.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older with 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and support operational tasks such as merchandising or stockroom leadership.
• Willingness to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and safely use ladders or step stools.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide teammates.
