About the role

Join our Chattanooga store as a Sales Support Specialist, helping customers discover the joy of cycling while providing technical guidance on bikes and accessories. You will work directly with riders to match products to their needs and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers through a consultative sales process, aligning bicycles and accessories with their goals.
• Accurately size and fit bicycles, assemble racks and large accessories, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Collect and document customer information, follow up post‑sale, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Continuously develop expert‑level product knowledge and communicate inventory needs to the store manager.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for bicycles and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Proven retail sales or customer service experience, ability to meet sales goals, and strong communication skills.
• Team player who can collaborate, handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 50 lb and maintain store cleanliness.
