About the role

Join a growing bike shop chain with eight stores across the Southeast. As a Sales Associate you’ll help customers find the perfect bike or tune their ride, creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting bikes, parts, and accessories that match their needs.
Provide product knowledge and technical advice, from first‑time riders to seasoned cyclists planning long trips.
Build and maintain relationships with riders in the community.
Deliver exceptional, customer‑centric service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required profile

Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong motivation to help customers.
Warm hospitality, excellent listening and communication skills.
Desire to cultivate lasting customer relationships and develop a personal client base.
Commitment to delivering the best possible cycling experience for each shopper.
