About the role
Join Santander’s Wyomissing branch as a part‑time teller and help customers with everyday banking needs. You will be the first point of contact, delivering fast, accurate service while supporting the branch’s operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, minimize wait times, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
- Handle cash, maintain accurate drawer balances, and follow all compliance and risk‑management procedures.
- Identify and refer product solutions, cross‑sell banking services, and educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
- Assist with custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches when required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
- Demonstrated customer‑service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
