Full-Time Teller – State Hill Branch

About the role

Join Santander’s State Hill branch in Wyomissing as a Full‑Time Teller. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate, and friendly banking services while supporting the branch’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Handle cash, maintain accurate drawer balances, and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate products and digital self‑service tools.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• At least 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
