About the role

Join Festival Foods as a Part‑Time Bagger and be the friendly face that welcomes guests at checkout. You’ll help create a smooth, pleasant shopping experience by efficiently bagging groceries and providing courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, delivering a welcoming checkout experience.
• Bag groceries according to store procedures while preserving product integrity.
• Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback to the leadership team.
• Provide prompt parcel pick‑up service when needed.
• Support team goals by meeting quality standards during scheduled shifts.
• Perform additional duties to assist the team and maintain store operations.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and notify management of any absences.

Required profile

• Strong guest‑focus with a welcoming attitude.
• Attention to detail to ensure items are bagged correctly.
• Team player who communicates effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately and operate checkout equipment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift typical grocery items.
