Vending Machine Associate – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Vending Machine Associate to join our North American Retail Business team. In this part‑time position you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of our RoboShop vending machines, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain RoboShop vending machines, including product restocking and sanitation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory tracking, product inbound/outbound, and allocation.
• Support the leasing process by preparing and filing RoboShop contracts.
• Provide occasional store‑level sales assistance in the NYC area.
• Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; at least 6 months of retail or related experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Self‑driven with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license or personal vehicle is a plus (commuting required).
