Parts Warehouse Coordinator II

About the role

The Parts Warehouse Coordinator II ensures accurate and timely movement of goods in and out of Enerflex warehouses while delivering superior customer service and maintaining electronic inventory integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoicing, billing and order entry for all material and service types.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by issuing, receiving, sorting and labeling parts using SAP.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments, select optimal shipping methods and handle freight claims.
• Conduct cycle counts, manage variance reports and perform root‑cause analysis to resolve discrepancies.
• Source, quote, purchase and bill merchandise for projects, supporting the Branch Manager and Account Manager.
• Operate forklifts, lift trucks and other warehouse equipment to move items and pick up vendor deliveries.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least 5 years of related experience, preferably in oil and gas.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and knowledge of Caterpillar, Ariel and Waukesha spare parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, push/pull up to 70 lb and obtain forklift certification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
