Part-Time Virtual Physical Therapist

About the role

Ladder Health is seeking a self‑motivated pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver virtual evaluations and therapy sessions for children aged 0‑6 and their caregivers. This part‑time, contract position supports families through telehealth, using evidence‑based practices and technology‑enhanced care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consults/evaluations, review medical history and developmental concerns, and create personalized care plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with children and caregivers, providing clear instructions for home activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records, progress notes, and appointment summaries.
• Recommend exercise libraries and resources via the platform and respond to caregiver messages on a set cadence.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Experience with pediatric populations (0‑6 years) in early intervention, school‑based, or private practice settings.
• Comfort with telehealth delivery and flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Passion for caregiver‑guided, strengths‑based, play‑focused therapy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
