Part-Time Virtual Occupational Therapist

About the role

Ladder Health is seeking a part-time virtual Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth services for children aged 0-6 with developmental delays. The role involves conducting virtual evaluations, creating personalized care plans, and supporting families through remote therapy sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform virtual consult/evaluation appointments, reviewing medical history and developmental concerns.
• Document personalized care plans and recommend therapy frequency.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with children and caregivers, providing clear instructions for home activities.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records, including progress monitoring.
• Utilize the platform to suggest exercises and activities for caregivers between appointments.
• Contribute to platform improvements such as screener review and exercise library expansion.
• Respond to user messages on a set cadence and collaborate with other clinicians for holistic care.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated pediatric Occupational Therapist, preferably with telehealth experience.
• Experience working with children (0‑6) in early intervention, school‑based programs, or private practice.
• Up‑to‑date on evidence‑based practices and enthusiastic about technology‑enabled care.
• Passionate about caregiver‑guided, strengths‑based, play‑based therapy.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or weekends for busy families.
• License to practice in Massachusetts required.
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
• English and Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
