Part-time Store Supervisor – Willowbrook Mall

About the role

Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, driving brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth at Levi’s Willowbrook Mall location.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
