Part-Time Store Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

Levi's is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Gonzales outlet store. You will support management by ensuring smooth store functions, delivering excellent customer experiences, and upholding the brand’s legacy.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily sales and performance targets.
• Model sales techniques and coach retail associates.
• Train staff on product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Reconcile cash receipts, perform bank deposits, and manage daily financials.
• Open and close the store, maintaining security and operational procedures.
• Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising or directing a team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for the Levi’s brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
