Part-Time Store Manager – Century City

About the role

Beyond Yoga, a premium active lifestyle brand, is seeking a part‑time Store Manager to lead its Century City location. You will bring the brand to life, drive sales, and build meaningful community connections while delivering a hospitality‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase foot traffic, and improve key performance indicators.
• Foster a hospitality‑driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Provide an elevated in‑store experience through deep product knowledge of fabric, fit, and function.
• Grow brand loyalty via community events, pop‑ups, and clienteling.
• Maintain store standards, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, trainings, and company policies.

Required profile

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service and wellness.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lb and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Reliable transportation.
