Part-Time Social Media Manager (Hybrid, NYC)

About the role

TBN Talent, a boutique digital creator management company, is looking for a creative and organized part‑time Social Media Manager to strengthen its presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms. The role is hybrid, based in New York City, and involves 10–15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar across all company platforms.
• Create and publish graphics, short‑form videos, captions and stories.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify content tied to creator wins, partnerships and industry trends.
• Manage day‑to‑day posting and scheduling.
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement opportunities.
• Assist with content capture from events, creator trips and company initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience growth and engagement.
• Repurpose existing content for platform‑specific formats.
• Track performance metrics and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, creators or businesses.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Experience creating social‑first content, including short‑form video and graphics.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
