Part-Time Sales Stylist – Santa Barbara

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Sales Stylist to join its Santa Barbara store on a part‑time basis. You will represent the iconic Levi’s brand, delivering exceptional service while helping shoppers find the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi’s heritage and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash and follow store cash‑handling procedures.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
