Part-Time Sales Associate

About the role

StretchLab, a fitness studio founded in 2015 in Venice, California, offers one-on-one assisted stretching and is looking for a part-time, sales-motivated Sales Associate in McAllen. The role supports the General Manager in bringing new members to the studio and booking them into intro classes, and also helps retain current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up and closing
• Book and confirm intro classes and follow up on missed ones
• Greet and check in clients and prospects at the front desk
• Conduct facility tours and target individual needs
• Maintain a good level of personal sales production and present available services
• Work toward the monthly sales quota and promote the club at events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons and community and hospital events
• Keep the studio clean and tidy

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication in person, by phone and by email
• Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours a day; daily or occasional travel may be required
• Proficient computer skills
